The HFC is the centralized accounting team for HUB International.Our Accounting Associates are at the core of our organization. Through a wide variety of assigned functions by department, they ensure that HUB delivers on itsfiduciary responsibility to our clients, mitigate risk, and create value.What youll do:

• Analyze incoming payments to correctly record items
• Identify and process statements to apply commissions correctly
• Identify invoices and statements to ensure reconciliation of payments to our carriers and brokers
• Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partnersQualifications:
  • 1-year experience in accounting/finance/customer service fields preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
