A company is looking for a Billing Follow Up Lead - Medicare
Advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily claims submissions and resolve charging issues
affecting claims
Oversee collection of assigned insurance receivables and take
necessary actions on accounts
Monitor productivity and quality, providing training and feedback
to team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Typically requires 5 years of related experience in a
medical/billing reimbursement environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPC)
Ability to lead, coach, and train a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and communication software
