Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer/Technical
Writer specializing in Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop training materials for instructor-led training (ILT) and
eLearning focused on work instructions and performance tasks
Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve
clarity and differentiation between SOPs and job functions
Collaborate with the Paper Machine department to ensure accurate
and effective documentation
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in technical writing
2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer creating ILT
and eLearning materials
2+ years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in
the paper industry
2+ years of experience writing for Manufacturing Operations
Expert level skills in Microsoft Word
