About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project
Manager to oversee a major hospital project in Los Angeles,
California. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader
with strong commercial, healthcare, and residential electrical
project experience to manage all aspects of construction from
preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities: Manage all
phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring work is
completed safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee project
scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and
subcontractor coordination. Review and interpret drawings,
specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with
client and code requirements. Lead progress meetings, coordinate
with general contractors, owners, and design teams. Track project
costs, prepare change orders, and maintain accurate financial
reporting. Ensure adherence to company safety policies and promote
a strong safety culture on site. Mentor and support field teams,
fostering collaboration and efficiency. Qualifications: 7 years of
experience managing electrical construction projects. Proven
experience in commercial, hospital, and residential projects.
Strong understanding of NEC, project scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in
project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to
