Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Frontier
customers through the enrollment process for our products and
services. You’ll ensure they have a smooth, positive, and efficient
experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer
Service Representative: Provide outstanding support to customers by
answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and
resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Guide customers
through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they understand
their options and are set up for success with Frontier’s services.
Address any challenges or concerns, turning potentially frustrating
situations into positive experiences. Work closely with team
members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a
timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date on all products,
services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information
to customers. What We're Looking For in a Customer Service
Representative: You genuinely enjoy helping others and have a
passion for delivering excellent customer service. You take pride
in accuracy and ensuring that every step of the enrollment process
is flawless. You can clearly explain information, listen actively,
and adjust your approach based on the customer’s needs. You remain
calm, patient, and professional in all customer interactions, even
when things get tough. You enjoy collaborating with others and
contribute to a supportive, positive work environment.
