Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the health care sector, is
seeking a Client Service Rep to join their team. As a Client
Service Rep, you will be part of the Assistance Department
supporting the outreach efforts to beneficiaries. The ideal
candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive
approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive
relationships which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Service Rep Location: Colton, CA Pay Range:
$20.00 per hour What's the Job? Bilingual English/Spanish Conduct
face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to
beneficiaries in group and individual presentations. Present
Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assist them in using
their health care plans. Assist beneficiaries in the
enrollment/disenrollment process. Maintain positive relationships
with county staff, and community groups. Document daily activity
accurately in the Customer Relationship Management Database. What's
Needed? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to
detail and adherence to established procedures. Proficiency in data
entry and management. Willingness to participate in community
