Building the future of 5G infrastructure Full ownership of hands-on process improvement Impactful role in a small, agile engineering team Job Details Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic assembly Implement lean manufacturing and troubleshoot process inefficiencies Develop clear, operator-ready work instructions and routings in QAD Handle setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and ESD standards Lead efforts in equipment maintenance, thermal profiling, and operator training What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 3 years in electronics manufacturing, including SMT and PCBA Certification in IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 Deep knowledge of wave soldering, electro-mechanical assembly, and QAD ERP Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and ESD/Safety standards Interested in hearing more?
