This role suits someone who enjoys complex building challenges and wants to work on projects that shape the local skyline. You will support a steady mix of commercial, institutional, and residential work while contributing to safe, efficient, and thoughtful structural solutions. Responsibilities: * Perform structural analysis and design for buildings using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry * Prepare calculations, sketches, and construction documents with accuracy and clarity * Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors throughout each phase * Review drawings for consistency, code compliance, and constructability * Support project planning by estimating hours and helping track progress * Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen internal technical standards * Communicate clearly with clients and team members to keep projects moving smoothly Requirements: * Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering * Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience * Active California PE license * Strong knowledge of local codes, analysis methods, and common building materials * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a steady, team focused environment This is a strong role for someone who wants technical growth, long term stability, and a collaborative culture.
