Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Electrical
Engineer will play a key role in developing an innovative
medium-duty vehicle platform focused on clean, efficient, and
intelligent transportation. This position centers on vehicle
electrical and electronic systems, including power distribution,
wiring harness design, control system integration, and support for
electric propulsion and charging technologies. The ideal candidate
brings strong hands-on engineering expertise, experience in vehicle
electrical systems design and validation, and the adaptability to
thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop low-voltage and high-voltage electrical
architectures for vehicle platforms Create and maintain electrical
schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness designs using CAD tools
Define system-level electrical requirements and component
specifications Support integration of propulsion, charging, power
distribution, and control electronics Perform hands-on testing,
troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems and
components Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering
teams to ensure system compatibility Work with suppliers on design
reviews, manufacturing feedback, and quality assurance Support
prototype and production builds with on-site engineering
involvement as needed Participate in certification and compliance
activities related to electrical safety standards Assist with
resolving technical issues and ensuring component performance
Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
or related field 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial
vehicle electrical engineering Strong knowledge of high- and
low-voltage power systems and circuit protection Proficiency in
electrical CAD tools such as SolidWorks Electrical, Altium
Designer, or equivalent Hands-on experience with wiring harness
design and validation Strong understanding of CAN bus systems and
vehicle communication architectures Familiarity with manufacturing
and assembly processes Excellent analytical and communication
skills Preferred Experience with EV systems including batteries,
inverters, converters, and charging solutions Knowledge of vehicle
integration, testing, and validation processes Experience working
with international suppliers or cross-border teams Background in
startup or fast-paced development environments Skills and
Attributes Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies Strong
problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work
independently while collaborating across teams Detail-oriented with
a results-driven mindset Enthusiastic about building new products
from concept to production
