Job Description:

Job Summary:Manages the enhancement and overall effectiveness of net revenue. Directs and assists in the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve invoice accuracy and capture of all reimbursement invoicing.Responsibilities and Duties:Essential Responsibilities:1. Identifies financial opportunities and threats proactively and communicates findings to the Director of Finance & Administration in a timely and effective manner.2. Works closely with the Director of Finance & Administration to ensure all invoicing and reimbursements have been invoiced.3. Responsible for weekly reporting of accounts after researching and analyzing account balances over 45-60 days.4. Work closely with external billing companies to request reports, report discrepancies and request adjustments as necessary.5. Ensures adherence to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.6. Works closely with Director of Finance & Administration to develop short-term and long-term plans and goals.7. Perform other duties as assigned and necessaryLeadership:1. Monitors productivity, quality, and performance of direct reports; conducts staff performance appraisals; provides leadership and direction by supporting and motivating staff; manages the development, coaching and mentoring of staff.2. Manages the hiring and training of staff; effectively assigns tasks to personnel with appropriate skill sets; develops, implements, and monitor adherence to departmental policies, procedures and budgets; prioritizes work projects to ensure all deadlines are satisfied.Reporting Relationships:The Revenue Manager reports directly to the Director of Finance & Administration.Requirements:Education & Experience:1. Must have at least 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting that includes working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred or a combination of experience and education.3. Supervisory experience with the ability to coach and mentor team members to work together to deliver outstanding customer service with a quality work product.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:4. Well-developed understanding of accounting systems and ability to lead in a changing environment.5. Ability to work both independently and as a team player.6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.7. Excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. SAP Business Systems knowledge preferred.8. Strong written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and clearly.9. Excellent problem-solving skills.10. Ability to establish goals and monitor progress against goals.11. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:1. Body Positions: Sitting for prolonged periods.2. Body Movements: Arm and hand dexterity.3. Body Senses: Must have command of close and distant sight and hearing.4. Strength: Ability to lift and move up to 25-pounds.Working Environment:1. Work in an office, where the climate is controlled.2. OSHA exposure category: IIICategory I - Position includes tasks that involve exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens.Category II - Position includes tasks that do not have exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, however employment may require unplanned Category I tasks.Category III - Positions includes tasks that do not involve exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens. This position would not be required to perform Category I tasks.
