• Write policies and procedures.
• Audit properties and assist with updating records.
• Perform training with Property Managers.
• Provide coverage for our various locations when managers are on vacation leave.
• Review logs maintained by our teams for accuracy.
• Must be willing to travel to locations requiring 2 plus nights a week away from home.Required Experience:
  • Mobile home park management experience required - minimum 2 years.
  • MRL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Title 25.
  • Excel/Word Experience.
