Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Practice Operations to
join their Virtual Care team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of subject matter experts, ensuring accountability for
throughput and performance targets
Oversee all aspects of team operations, maintaining direct
accountability for day-to-day execution
Act as an organizational cross-functional leader aligning Clinical
and Operational functions to create scalable and efficient
processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of practice management experience, including operational
oversight and team leadership
7+ years leading teams with a focus on accountability and aligning
outcomes to strategic goals
5+ years of hands-on experience with multi-state medical licensing
and advanced practice clinician supervision
5+ years overseeing revenue cycle operations, including billing,
collections, and financial performance
3+ years of proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides,
including use of formulas and visual reporting
