A company is looking for a Director of Development
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee gift processing and acknowledgment workflows to ensure
accurate recording of donations
Serve as the lead administrator for the donor database and
associated systems, ensuring data integrity and integration
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve system
workflows and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in development operations, data
management, or nonprofit fundraising
Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and other donor management systems
Experience managing gift processing and donor acknowledgments
Strong analytical skills and experience with fundraising
reporting
Ability to manage vendor relationships related to gift processing
and data services
