Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead and
develop their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Support
Representatives
Maintain team schedules and monitor performance metrics
Lead on technical issues and client escalations while updating
training documents
Required Qualifications
Prior experience mentoring or leading a Customer Support team is
preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
Ability to independently complete projects and initiatives
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
