Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Power BI to lead their
Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers, ensuring
high-quality report development and data visualization
Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide Power BI dashboards
and reports to support revenue cycle operations
Enforce Power BI security best practices and ensure adherence to
data governance and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance,
Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including
DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably
overseeing a BI or analytics team
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare finance, or
financial analytics
Expertise in data security, access control, and governance within
Power BI
