Protouch Staffing is seeking Director of Surgical Service RN to join our Client's team for Full-Time PERM Position currently available in CA !! Duties: Responds to situational opportunities and/or problems that occur in a timely manner and demonstrates ability to maximize opportunity or minimize the problem. Facilitates planning and implementation of collaborative practice model and framework with other departments, physicians, and staff. Active member of Performance Improvement teams that contribute to organization planning, operations and regulatory compliance. Facilitates development of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of clinical services. Ensures timely implementation and ongoing compliance Qualification/Certification/Experience: Current California Registered Nurse License. AORN or CNOR certification Bachelor Degree required. 2+ years clinical nursing leadership experience in nursing and peri-operative care services in an acute care hospital setting within the past five years. 5+ years experience in a peri-operative care services required.
