Delphi Behavioral Health Group is a growing network of substance abuse treatment facilities brought together with the common goal of inspiring wellness across the country. Delphi is currently recruiting for a Clinician Therapist for our California Highlands Addiction Treatment facility located in Banning, California.Job Duties and Responsibilities:CLINICAL DUTIES:Therapist conducts admission assessment and preliminary treatment plan for assigned clients.Initiates discharge planning upon admission for assigned clients, and updates discharge plan weekly.Therapist facilitates comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic summary for assigned clientsFacilitates multi-disciplinary treatment planning and updates for assigned clients (ensures inclusion of all treatment modalities/disciplines).Individual sessions for all assigned clients (at least weekly).Group counseling, education, and meetings as assigned.Family/conjoint therapy as assigned.Coordinates treatment objectives for assigned clients with Clinical Director and staff.Coordination of all treatment services needed for assigned client caseload.Supports aftercare program by meeting with alumni on an as-needed basis.ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:Facilitates ancillary services/community referrals for assigned clients (including coordination of transportation with Behavioral Health Technicians and, LVN staff).Facilitates/approves any client outings.Participates in in-service training, individual/group supervision meetings, and counselor/client staff interface meeting.Communicates with residential staff via communication book and client's record to maximize utilization of milieu in supporting the Resident's treatment plan.Ensures Resident records for assigned caseload are comprehensive and complete..

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related fieldLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or1+ Years of experience with dual diagnosis treatment.2+ Years sobriety if in recovery.Working knowledge of state regulatory requirements and Joint CommissionSuccessful completion of background check and occ med screenings (drug, TB, and pre-employment physical)PI177061495
