Responsibilities:Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needsTrain behavior technicians, parents, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plansConduct face-to-face supervision for clients in your region who have funding for BCBA supervisionConduct client's team meetings to update the client's treatment plan and to support behavior technicians and parents on the teamAssess the client's treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each client's treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measuredConduct assessments (initial and ongoing) and write progress reports for each client's funding sourceAttend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the client's present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goalsConsult with parents, school personnel with SLP, OT, PTs, etc. in person, on the phone, or through videoConduct annual performance evaluations and career counseling for behavior techniciansSupervise, train and manage behavior techniciansOther duties as assigned COVID---Precautions:---Behavior Frontiers would like to ensure that our patients and employees stay safe---by implementing---safety precautions for in-home treatment sessions, such as the use of face masks, frequent hand washing, disinfection of work surfaces and more.
