Job Description: We are currently seeking (2) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. As an LMFT, you will be responsible for providing general mental health therapy services to students in various Elementary schools across our district in an itinerant capacity. The pay range for this role is $33-57 an hr. dependingon experience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students in Elementary schools.
• Assess and evaluate students' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and regulations related to mental health therapy in a school setting. Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • Previous experience in providing mental health therapy services, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
