Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a school district setting. Serving a caseload of over 30 students district-wide, the role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing specialized behavioral support across multiple school locations. Location and Duration: Position is onsite in Johannesburg, California Contract term from August 6, 2026, through May 28, 2027 Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs Oversee and mentor RBTs to ensure quality behavioral services and compliance with standards Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and progress monitoring Participate in team meetings and provide training as necessary to school personnel Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of 30 students effectively Strong supervisory skills with experience directing RBTs Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Benefits and Work Environment: Engaged in meaningful work supporting student development in a school setting Opportunity to work with a diverse student population Collaborative district-wide team environment This position offers an enriching role for a skilled BCBA dedicated to improving student behavior and educational experiences.
