Job Description Seeking a Primary Care Physician for a community
health center in Chatsworth, Georgia. Join an excellent Federally
Qualified Health Center that is the only non-profit organization
with a full time medical and dental staff providing care in north

to Atlanta and Chattanooga. The family physician will be part of
the primary care team, working closely with other physicians,
behavioral health, clinical and support staff in a team-based
approach. This is a four-day clinical workweek with light call
responsibilities. Excellent compensation model without the
responsibility to see a high volume of patients. Average is 18-20
patients per day. Potential to earn up to or more than $5,000 per
month in bonus incentives. Requirements: •Medical degree from
accredited medical school •Georgia medical license •BLS/CPR Active
