Job Description:
Job Description HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced,
forward-thinking leader to join a nationally recognized pharmacy in
San Diego, CA . In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth,
dispensing accuracy, and best-in-class inventory performance.
You’ll collaborate with clinical leaders, purchasing experts, and
client service teams to streamline workflows, strengthen customer
relationships, and ensure seamless, compliant medication delivery
for vulnerable populations. Compensation Notes $186,000 - $197,000
annually (depending on experience) 20% annual bonus Incentive

Responsibilities For Pharmacy Director Drive operational
performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process
improvements, and aligning goals with leadership. Build strong
partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to
support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. Success in this
role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability,
standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver
measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
Required Qualifications For Pharmacy Director Strong background in
operational excellence, process improvement, and performance
optimization Demonstrated ability to lead in highly regulated or
compliance-driven environments Active and Clear Pharmacist license
