Job Description GENERAL STATEMENT OF FUNCTIONS Responsible for documentation, supervision, and instruction of clients in an independent placement or group vocational setting. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in job development Coordinates transportation and other support for client employment as necessary Provides instruction on equipment, job duties and safety at job site Assists in developing client objectives and client assessments Maintains documentation on services provided and client progress Applies behavior modification programs Advocates for the client at the work place Attends and participates in assigned meetings Other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 21 years or older Valid California Driver's License Acceptable driving record State minimum required auto insurance Reliable transportation CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment Ability to communicate well with others Ability to role model socially appropriate behavior and attitude for clients in a work setting Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule High school diploma/GED Preferred Ability to understand and implement program objectives Five (5) years work experience Company Description Please see our website at www.weexceed.org
