Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR
Coordinator to join our client's team. This role focuses on
supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new drivers, ensuring
a smooth and positive experience from application to first day on

Responsibilities: Assist with sourcing and screening qualified
driver candidates. Coordinate interviews and communicate with
applicants throughout the hiring process. Prepare and send offer
letters and employment documentation. Manage pre-employment
requirements (background checks, drug testing, etc.). Organize and
facilitate onboarding sessions for new drivers. Maintain accurate
records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide support to the HR team on other administrative tasks as
needed. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting,
or a related field (transportation industry experience a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office and HRIS systems. High attention to detail and commitment to
confidentiality. Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
