Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective services, is looking for a Service Technician III to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and upgrading electronic security systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The technician will handle complex troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of state-of-the-art security solutions, serving as a key player in protecting our clients environments. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of security systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness Troubleshoot complex issues in security systems and provide timely resolutions Install new security technologies and integrate them with existing systems Provide technical support and guidance to clients and other team members Document technical procedures and client interactions for continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with innovations in security technology and propose upgrades and optimizations Advanced knowledge of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Effective communication skills for client interaction and documentation Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Electronic Security Networking Certified Service Technician (CST) status or equivalent
