Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid to Senior Level Associate
specializing in Patent Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partners on complex patent litigation cases
Manage all aspects of patent litigation in federal court, including
legal research and drafting legal documents
Conduct legal research on patent law issues, including validity and
infringement
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as a patent litigator
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
MA and ideally a PhD in life sciences
Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation preferred
Admitted and in good standing to any US state bar
