A company is looking for a New Mexico Licensed Litigation
Attorney (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation cases including written discovery, motion
work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Work independently or collaboratively on a flexible schedule,
either part-time or full-time
Engage in various areas of litigation such as commercial/business,
labor and employment, personal injury, and real estate law
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in New Mexico
Minimum of 4 years of legal experience in litigation
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
