Description The Role: At Frontier Communications, we recognize that effective management of our vehicles, trailers, and motorized equipment is integral to Frontier's success in providing an excellent Customer Experience for our millions of residential and enterprise customers.The Frontier Fleet Organization has an overall objective to develop and implement Fleet initiatives that improve field performance through excellent Customer Experience and Fleet expense control. Fleet has responsibility to its business partners to maximize safety, dependability and performance of the vehicles and mobile assets used to service Frontier's network and customers while maximizing maintenance cost structure. Fleet's success requires logic driven decisions and processes in cradle-to-grave asset lifecycle management, including asset design and procurement, inhouse maintenance process and performance, parts and commercial service provider selection and performance, and staff function process and performance.REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or business management, or equivalent experience in these areas. Candidate will have experience in developing business analytics, developing, interpreting and analyzing data sets, and presenting findings and recommendations based upon their analysis. Ideally the candidate will have experience in data analytics of a private or public fleet. Project Management experience is preferred. Candidate must goal oriented, solution driven and comfortable working in a high-demand environment.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Fleet Business Analyst will report to the Director of Fleet and be responsible for analyzing the efficiency, effectiveness, results, and metrics of the Fleet organization. The Fleet Business Analyst will also manage cross functional initiatives that support the Fleet objectives for Frontier. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of projects requiring multiple skillsets, with expectations of executing the following responsibilities:Development of complex business analysis, ability to interpret and present clear and concise results to audiences of every levelInterpret results into actionable processes that create organizational valueIdentify issues and recommend sound data / logic supported solutionsProject-manage cross functional tactical and strategic initiativesContribute to the design and development of existing and new performance management toolsPerform time-critical tactical data analyses.Executive exposure as SME of data and reporting capabilities supporting Fleet initiativesEducational & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent experience requiredSQL experience required; certification preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in business analytics requiredProject Management experience required; PMP certification preferredPossess excellent Excel, and PowerPoint skillsFleet industry data analysis experience desiredSelf-motivated and results drivenSelf-managed collaborative skillsExcellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skillsBring energy, communicate vision, inspire teammates, and build consensus for executing changeManage and organize the details of complex systems and operational processesCompany Info: Frontier Communications is an S&P 500 company and is included in the Fortune 500 list of America's largest corporations.
