We are seeking to fill both a full time and part time PET/CT Technician positionHere at Centrelake Imaging we are a full-service, out-patient clinic and as such we are primarily open weekdays, meaning no nights.We are a team of experienced medical practitioners focused on delivering high quality and affordable diagnostic imaging services including vascular and interventional procedures. This dedication is supported by our use of advanced technology coupled with the skills and expertise of highly qualified radiology professionals.Salary is negotiable, and is based on experience, we also offer great benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) as well as great work life balance and a positive work environment.RESPONSIBILITIESThe PET/CT Technologist will be responsible for utilizing technical skills in operating digital radiological equipment to produce a PET and/orCT of a patients body for diagnostic purposes. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.REQUIREMENTSSome experience as a CT Technologist is preferred but also accepting of new graduatesKnowledge of radiologic procedures and standardsSkill in operation of radiology equipmentCustomer service background and focusGraduate of an accredited radiologic technology programCertification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and state licensureComplete required CEUs in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains activeMust possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, physicians and patientsMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCT ACR Accreditation experience a plusVenipuncture licensure a plusBilingual in English/ Spanish a plusPay rate ranges and is discussed at in-person interview.
