A company is looking for a Loan Officer - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outside sales by prospecting and building relationships with
clients in the construction industry
Originate a range of loan products, including vertical construction
and multifamily financing
Lead the loan process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring
smooth processing
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in construction finance or mortgage
lending
Strong understanding of construction loan structures and
processes
High ethical standards and commitment to client and company
interests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Collaborative mindset for cross-team cooperation
