A company is looking for a Recall Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to notify potentially affected
facilities
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to
provided scripts
Manage data entry and documentation within the provided
database
Required Qualifications
Preferred education: High School Diploma/GED/AA
Customer service or related experience preferred
Strong technical software skills required
Ability to work remotely and adhere to PST business hours
required
Previous healthcare and recall experience preferred
