A company is looking for an Automotive Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing
automotive technical diagnostic direction
Resolve dealer concerns through a defined six-step diagnostic
process and follow up on existing tickets
Communicate product issues to relevant teams and utilize databases
for automotive product information
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering
bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of automotive repair experience
2-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or hybrid
automotive technologies
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools as well as dealer
information software
Basic PC software knowledge, including Windows and keyboarding
skills
