Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers to expand brand awareness and promote new services Guide customers through the sales process for their new service Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries Work with team members to stay up to date on all services to expand brand awareness and outreach to customers Provide personalized guidance to customers, assisting them in navigating their service options and achieving optimal satisfaction Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Consistently exceeds sales metrics, demonstrating commitment to individual and team goals, ethical sales practices, and excellent client service
