Job Description Job Description Salary: $4,000.00-$20,000.00 per month Busy RV dealership is looking for full-time sales associates.Weekend work is required. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:A sales associate is responsible for professionally greeting RV customers, guiding them through the RV presentation and purchase process, closing the sale. EDUCATION: High school diploma, some college preferred. EXPERIENCE: One Years Experience: A minimum of one-year relevant experience in the sales field preferred. Candidate must also have one years customer service experience. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred but not required. ABILITIES: Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and a strong work ethic Pride of workmanship and follow-through are essential Commitment to superior customer service Ability to work independently as well as on a team Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work independently JOB DUTIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Sales associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets Sales associates are required to train and learn all products available to the customers Sales associates must ensure all paperwork is correctly gathered for the deal to be processed Other duties as assigned ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Sales Associates are exposed to the following conditions Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather May be exposed to solvents and chemicals Other risks associated with working around RVs PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Varied activities including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stooping. It requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. The position is mainly outdoors in various temperatures.
