leave Paid vacation SUMMARY The Strategic Account Administrator
plays a key role in growing and maintaining relationships with
existing customers, ensuring service level agreements are being
maintained, and keeping all Account Managers apprised of the
account. This position requires tenacity and follow through to
establish relationships with key decision makers to introduce Power
Plus and our services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Check in with Account
Mangers at the beginning and end of shift. Maintain effective
relationships with customers via phone and email in a professional
manner. Ensure work is billable and prepare administrative backup
required to pre-bill and bill. Monitor systems for follow up
actions and flag issues requiring management's attention. Report
and provide analytics required to keep service level agreements.
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS: Experience in providing a high level of
customer service required. Experience with software development
preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a web based, Windows
environment background is a plus Strong problem-solving and
organization skills. Ability to identify and resolve questions
independently. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow through to completion of any problem. Ability to
prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Handle multiple
tasks and work under time constraints. Work with Project
Coordinators and Service Coordinators with scheduling issues.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 If you’ve always wanted to really
